1.2 Private service (group or personal).
1.3 Vehicles and drivers have a federal license.
1.4 OMEGA is not responsible for lost or forgotten items (extra charge for home delivery).
1.5 Information about your airline and flight is required to coordinate transportation.
1.6 There is no charge for pets in a carrier cage (if you do not bring an additional $35 USD).
1.7 The courtesy waiting time is 10 minutes from the scheduled time, if exceeded, a charge of 30 minutes will be made.
1.8 OMEGA is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during transportation.
1.9 There are no refunds due to unforeseen external conditions, rescheduling will depend on our availability.
1.10 There are no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
1.11 Cancellations with 24 hours notice will be entitled to 50% of the total cost of the service.
1.12 No charges apply to cancellations more than 48 hours in advance.
1.13 In the event that a passenger vomits in the Van, an additional charge of $100 USD will be imposed.
1.14 It is not allowed to bring drinks.
1.15 In the event of a fight, an additional charge of $100 USD will be imposed in addition to liability for any damage caused to the unit.
